¿Se pueden comer tomates verdes en escabeche cuando se toma Coumadin (warfarina)?
Mi marido esta en Coumadin. ¿Puede comer tomates encurtidos verdes? Piense que el puede comer tomates rojos y pregunto que ocurriría a los tomates rojos para volverse verde y posiblemente afecta su Coumadin.

Tomates verdes simplemente son los que no ha madurado. Son bajos en Vitamina K y debe estar seguro para los que usa Coumadin® (warfarin).
