My husband was recently put on Coumadin. I cannot find soy beans or edamame listed anywhere. Could you please tell me how they are rated. Thank you.
One cup of raw soybeans is considered to be very high in Vitamin K. A cup has 87 micrograms (mcg).
A cup of soy milk has only 7 mcg and would be considered low in Vitamin K. A tablespoon of soy sauce has no Vitamin K.
