Spinach Almond Date Smoothie

Ingredients
| 1/2 medium Bananas, raw (frozen) |
| 1 cup Fresh spinach (packed) |
| 1 Tbsp. Nuts, almond butter, plain, without salt added |
| 1 dates Dates, medjool |
| 1/2 cup 1% milk |
| 1/4 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt |
| 1 cup Ice |
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add a little more milk.
Serve immediately.
