Cherry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients
| 1/2 cup rolled oats |
| 1 tsp. Seeds, chia seeds, dried |
| 1 cup, unthawed Frozen or dried cherries |
| 1/2 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt |
| 1/2 cup Cherry juice, tart (unsweetened) |
Instructions
Place oat and chia seeds in a blender.
Blend until oats are finely ground.
Add the cherries, yogurt and juice.
Blend until smooth.
