1 salad with 2 Tbsp vinaigrette
Ingredients
2 cup shredded Romaine lettuce (or other mixed greens of your choice) |
1 tsp. Almonds (sliced) |
1/2 medium Carrots, raw (peeled and grated or cut into half moons) |
1 Tbsp. chopped Green onions |
1/2 Medium stalk Celery, raw (thinly sliced) |
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinaigrette (HmF) |
Instructions
Wash and dry greens, place in a large bowl.
Top with almonds, carrot, green onion, and celery.
Right before serving, toss with 2 Tbsp of the balsamic vinegar.
