Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped Fresh parsley (packed) |
1/2 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (packed) |
1/2 cup Olive oil |
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar (or sherry) |
2 clove Garlic, raw (peeled) |
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes |
1/2 tsp. Ground cumin |
1/2 tsp. Salt |
1 to taste Black pepper |
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and equipment.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
