Chimichurri Sauce – HmF

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped Fresh parsley (packed)
1/2 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (packed)
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar (or sherry)
2 clove Garlic, raw (peeled)
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp. Ground cumin
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 to taste Black pepper

Instructions

Gather all ingredients and equipment.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
