Salad with Apples and Shallot Vinaigrette – HmF – Virtual

Ingredients

6 cup, shredded or chopped Boston or bibb lettuce
1 small Apples (sliced)
1/2 cups Grape or cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
1/2 medium Cucumber (sliced into rounds on the bias)
3 small black olives (kalamata, slivered)
2 ounce Cheese, roquefort (crumbled)
1 1/2 Tbsp Shallot Vinaigrette

Instructions

Wash and dry greens. Place in a large bowl.

Top the greens with sliced apple, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and blue cheese.

Right before serving, toss with 3 Tbsp of the vinaigrette.
