Middle Eastern Grilled Lamb Chops – Virtual

Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp. Canola oil |
1/8 tsp. Salt |
1/2 lemon yields Lemon juice |
1 Tbsp Specialty Spice Spices and Herbs (Baharat Spice Blend) |
2 clove Garlic, raw (minced) |
8 ounce Lamb, rib, separable lean only, trimmed to 1/4" fat, choice, raw |
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and equipment.
Preheat a grill on medium-high heat.
Comblne oil, salt, lemon juice, 1 Tbsp of Baharat Spice Blend, and garlic in a bowl until it forms a paste.
Evenly coat the lamb chops with rub mixture.
Grill the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
Remove the lamb chops from the grill and allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
