2 cups salad and 2 Tbsp dressing

This recipe requires that Creamy Parmesan Dressing be made first.

Salad with Creamy Parmesan Dressing

Ingredients

4 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
1 medium Tomatoes (diced)
1/2 medium Cucumber (diced)
1/2 Medium stalk Celery, raw (sliced into half moons)
1/4 medium Red onion (thinly sliced)
8 Tbsp Creamy Parmesan Dressing (HmF)

Instructions

Make the Creamy Parmesan Dressing (separate recipe) and set aside in the refrigerator to chill.

Combine the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, celery and red onion in a large mixing bowl. Toss gently.

Divide the salad onto 4 plates.

Top each salad with 2 Tablespoons dressing and serve.
