Simple Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients

8 slices Whole wheat bread
1 cup Simple Hummus
2 cup Fresh spinach (or arugula or other greens)
1/2 medium Cucumber (thinly sliced)
1 medium Apples (or pear)(thinly sliced)
4 slice Reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 large Tomatoes (thinly sliced)

Instructions

Gather all ingredients and equipment.

Toast the bread.

Spread the hummus on all slices of bread, about 1 tablespoon of hummus per slice.

Layer the remaining toppings evenly among the sandwiches and serve.
