Make salad dressing in a big batch, store in a container, and save the dressing for quick healthy salads all week.
Ingredients
| 1/3 15 ounce can Canned no salt added white beans (about 1/2 cup beans after draining and rinsing) |
| 1/4 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt |
| 1 Tbsp. Olive oil |
| 1 wedge yields Lemon juice |
| 1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar |
| 1 clove Garlic, raw |
| 1/8 tsp. Onion powder |
| 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (grated) |
Instructions
Place the navy beans, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, onion powder, and grated parmesan in a blender and blend until smooth.
Chill.
