Quick Tuna Salad

Store and refrigerate for a quick lunch or dinner on crackers, whole grain bread, or salad greens.
Ingredients
1 can Canned no-salt added tuna fish in water (packed in water, drained) |
1/4 medium White onions (finely diced) |
1 Medium stalk Celery, raw (finely diced) |
1/8 tsp. Salt |
1 to taste Black pepper |
1 tsp. Olive oil |
2 Tbsp. Nonfat Greek Yogurt |
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Try this salad as a sandwich, with 2 wasa crackers, over 2 cups of greens, or however you like to eat your tuna salad.
