This is a generic cereal recipe for breakfast. The selection of Cheerios should work for most people even those who are eating gluten free. There are better cereal selections and the key is to look for a cereal that you like with higher amounts of fiber and lower amounts of sugar. Try to target fiber greater than 4 grams per serving and sugar as low as possible — < 2 grams per serving.
